Virtual Counselling Therapy sessions for Adults, Youth (12 +), and Families; Clinical Supervision for RCT Candidates
Everyday we tell ourselves stories about who we are, what we feel we are worth, what we think we are capable of . . . stories of our challenges, our fears, and also our hopes and goals. The way we tell our stories can make all the difference as we work toward improving our well-being and fulfillment.

Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT)
I have been a counselling therapist for over 15 years, working with youth, their families, and adults. I work with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I also coach people who are exploring next steps in their educational and career paths. As I listen to people tell their stories, I help identify the problems someone is up against, get to know how these problems are showing up in someone’s life and how the problems are getting in the way of a preferred life. We’ll strategize together on how to tackle these problems, and find a new path forward which allows for problem-solving, gaining insights, attaining goals, and ultimately writing new chapters . . . possibly new stories entirely.I believe that the stories we tell about ourselves and our place in the world often neglect our hidden strengths, dreams, and talents. My counselling approach is tied deeply to my Narrative Therapy training and Trauma Therapy training. My work is rooted in positive psychology, and I openheartedly hold space for people of all identities.
